llmly provides analytics and insights related to brand visibility and presence in AI-generated search and responses. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

- Do not use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.

Subscriptions and payments
Certain features may require payment. Pricing and billing terms will be shown at purchase. Subscriptions (if offered) are billed in advance on a monthly basis and automatically renew each month unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Refunds
Except where required by applicable law, we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused usage, downgrades, or cancellations after the billing date. If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge), please contact us at support@llmly.ai and we will investigate. Any approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via our payment processor.
EU/EEA consumers - right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer (not acting for business purposes) resident in the EU/EEA, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise this right, email support@llmly.ai within 14 days of purchase with the email used for purchase and any order/transaction details available. Upon valid withdrawal, we will cancel the subscription and process any refund due in accordance with applicable law. If you requested that the Service begins during the withdrawal period, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the period of use, as permitted by applicable law.
Business customers (B2B)
The statutory right of withdrawal described above applies only to consumers. Business customers are not entitled to a statutory 14-day withdrawal right.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by llmly or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without prior written permission.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the insights provided will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose. You are responsible for how you use outputs and insights.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, including if you violate these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
